EPURON has been involved in the bioenergy sector since 2005. To date, the biogas team made up of experienced project developers and financial experts has carried out seven biogas projects with a combined output of around 10 MW. These have since been sold on to investors. Around €20m in total have been invested in the projects. In order to operate the facilities, the company has secured long-term access to 100,000 tons of input materials. EPURON is currently developing bioenergy projects in Germany, Poland, Thailand and India.
